    Had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, the staff were courteous and helpful, and overall we had a good experience. The only disappointment was with the meal inclusion in the package, which wasn’t quite as expected. It would be great if the meal inclusions were made clearer and offered a little more value. Other than that, a nice stay overall and would consider visiting again.

    Unsafe atmosphere for female travelers & zero hospitality standards. I booked this hotel for a night due to an early morning flight based on good online reviews, but our experience was terrible. My fiancée checked in first and was treated with complete disrespect by the receptionist, Rakesh. He was extremely rude, dismissive, and imposing rules that were nowhere to be found during the booking process. When she asked a simple question about breakfast timings (which their own Google photos state as 7:00 AM), he rudely told her, "You should have inquired with us before booking, that's your fault." When I arrived later to confront him about his behavior, he showed zero accountability and immediately jumped into an argument. He dismissively said, "That is an error, you should have called and asked if you wanted your complimentary breakfast so badly." First of all, it wasn't "complimentary", I specifically paid extra for it. Even the manager was unable to control him or de-escalate the situation. Basic manners, hospitality, and respect were completely missing. If you are traveling with women, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. It is not worth feeling unsafe or dealing with such extreme rudeness.
