I’ve been consistently staying at this hotel every time I come to St. John’s over the past year. It’s always clean and welcoming. I love the jacuzzi bath tubs and cozy vibes inside. It’s quiet despite being in the heart of downtown. Everything is great and I always enjoy my stay here.

This hotel is in a great central location for visiting the downtown area. our room has charm, character and updates to make it very comfort. Hotel staff were pleasant and accommodating, storing our luggage before check in and after check out. The breakfast was simple but met our needs. We felt that the courtyard area was in need of maintenance and cleaning, appreciating the fact that seagulls are an everyday visitor.

Disappointed with this hotel, it was overpriced for what it was. Public areas not welcoming at all, i realise its a converted warehouse but still felt very much like a warehouse. The room was very big but not welcoming. Mine had windows to the side so just a street view. The breakfast was extremely down market. No proper cutlery or crockery, disposable spoons knives etc and paper tubs for bowls. Limited choice. Apart from being unpleasant to use it was the most environmentally unfriendly breakfast I can recall, everything was prepacked individual portions, oats etc, even every muffin and croissant was individually wrapped in clingfilm. The waste generated was huge.
Staff were ok but particularly friendly.
