The management is virtually non-existent, and the basic standards of hospitality are missing entirely. Major Issues During My Stay: Zero Assistance: There was no one to help with luggage upon arrival. I had to carry all my bags to the room myself. Missing Essentials: The room was not stocked with basic necessities. There were no towels, soap, or dental kits provided. Even more shocking was the absence of drinking water in the room. Severe Understaffing: The entire hotel appears to be run by only two people. These two individuals are expected to be the receptionists, chefs, waiters, and likely the cleaning staff as well. Unprofessional Behavior: Because the two staff members are so overburdened, they are extremely stressed and were openly misbehaving with guests. Any request was met with rudeness. It is clear that the owners are cutting corners at the expense of guest comfort and staff well-being. This was a frustrating and uncomfortable experience. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.
