There was no crockery or cutlery apart from 2 mugs and 3 teaspoons. No washing up, or cleaning up supplies. No utensils like can-opener, soup ladle, fruit knife, etc. The owner was extremely rude and made my stay uncomfortable. Told me I wasnt supposed to have a dog, even though that is how I had filtered my search and came up with this result. She then charged me $25 per day extra. The manager was lovely, a diamond in the rough, but she was very kind and helpful. She said dogs were allowed at $20 per day. The owner asked if there were any problems with the room itself. I showed her the glass door that won't slide properly. I read of a door doing that 2 years ago. Owner said you just have to pull it hard. I am 75. I was almost locked in because it jammed and I barely moved it. The table was so wobbley it was impossible to eat a meal at. The pics I put up are the toilet facing the wall. You can barely stand up. The towel rail that was on the wall in front is ripped out of the wall. It was obviously being used to help stand up. Hence there was nowhere to hang a towel. The bathroom exhaust fan was dirty. The bathroom tap needed the filter cleaned. Water was squirting out the sides. The wardrobe left door can't open because the aircon has been put there and the right door will only close if you open the left a little and close them together. Otherwise the cleaners work well with what they have. The fridge temp needs to be altered too. My refrigerated stuff froze. It needs a full maintenance overhaul.
