Had fun for short stay

My GF and I just went down for the weekend and had a blast. Room was very nice and cozy, staff were friendly. It was nice being able to choose a smoking room. As all smokers know, it’s no fun having to leave the room and go all the way outside/to the casino just to have a smoke. Would recommend and we can’t wait to go back.

Overall, I would just recommend that book different hotel. The hotel is outdated. Smells bad & smelly smokes in the elevator. It’s not connecting your Netflix account or Hulu in their T.V & that limited channels to access. Unlike other much better hotels that in the T.V included all the channels & easy to connect your Netflix & some entertainment apps & no garbage bag in their trash can. And very smokey & you gonna feel congested & you gonna have dry eyes if you want to stay in the Casino. Just be aware. And booked ahead of time if you gonna dine-in to the one of the restaurants inside the building. And also, I hope the customer service or front desk are more gain knowledgeable when it comes to do doing the right job at working their because I feel they didn’t do their part well as being represent to working their & to listened to understand their clients. They need to trained again to understand what’s their job there. I hope the next time we travel again it will be much better & the customer service will be much better.
