    The property's location and cleanliness were good, with accomodating staff. Housekeeping ensured a comfortable stay, and the bathroom was well-maintained. However, the lackluster view and breakfast left much to be desired. Facilities fell short of expectations. Terrible stairs.

    There is no way this hotel is 4 stars!!!! I would either give it no star or one star max!! Very misleading by Agoda!! Not happy. Apart from its location everything else is terrible. Noisy outside, entrance door looks like a house door, not a proper hotel. There is no lobby, not sure how a 4 star hotel without a lobby! Breakfast is poor, stairs are terrible, no lift, ROOM is very small, there isn’t any place to put luggages! I only got carry on bags and there was not enough space! They squeezed one double and 2 single beds in a very small room. Bathroom dirty and old. There is no fun in it, so if going for the heavy one then the smell would be everywhere. The safe box did not work, they had to swap it. There are photos for a reference if needed!
