    The location is excellent and transport options are very accessible, making it easy to get around. Hot water was reliable, but the bathroom facilities could use improvement, and the sleep quality was affected by noise or comfort issues. Staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the value for money despite some cleanliness and facility shortcomings.

    Pros: - Rooms and bathrooms were generally clean. Cons: - Hidden Fees: Charged a random 9 euro fee at check-in. I asked twice for an explanation, but the staff gave vague, nonsensical answers. - Lockers: The lockers didn't come with locks, forcing guests to pay an extra 2 euro for a lock chain for basic security. - Poor Ventilation: The room had very little ventilation and felt stuffy the entire time. - Rude Staff: The staff working at the reception desk were very rude and unhelpful.
