Minimalist - Lake Pichola Edit

Parking facilities need to improve and clearly mention about the walking distance to the hotel as senior citizens would find it very difficult to reach

This was my first time visiting Udaipur, and I stayed here with a friend. We chose this hotel because Agoda described it as “newly built.” Since most of the buildings around the lake and old town are quite old, I was a little skeptical about that description. After staying here, I think “newly renovated” would probably be more accurate. That said, we really liked the interior. The hotel and rooms are nicely designed, clean, and have a fresh feel. I also appreciated that the room came with a hairdryer — a small but thoughtful detail. What we liked Check-in was very smooth. Our driver told us that big cars couldn't enter the old town, so we weren't sure if that was actually true. We contacted the hotel, and the manager came to the gate on his scooter to pick us up. That was really kind of him and made our arrival much easier. It was also a lovely surprise that the team remembered it was our birthday and upgraded us to a bigger room for free. We really appreciated the gesture. A few things to know If you're booking this hotel because Udaipur is famous for its lake views, keep in mind that there are no lake-view rooms here. This wasn't an issue for us because the lake is just outside and easy to walk to, but it's worth knowing before you book. We did have some communication difficulties with a few staff members because of language barriers. The biggest issue for me was getting a receipt for my stay. Agoda doesn't automatically provide one for this hotel, so you need to request it directly from the hotel. If you're travelling for business and need a receipt, I'd recommend asking about it as early as possible. I asked a staff member during the morning shift and even wrote down my company details for him, but unfortunately the request wasn't passed on to the supervisor. When I came back in the evening, nothing had been done. I also contacted the hotel through WhatsApp but didn't receive a response. I eventually got the receipt on my last night after following up several times. This was honestly the most frustrating part of the whole stay. Overall, we enjoyed the hotel and especially liked the interior design, the room, and the manager's helpfulness. If you don't need a business receipt, I think you'll probably have a very pleasant stay here.

All staff is very humble , location is very nice , special tha ks to nilesh to give us a awesome guest treatment only one concern is that their is no bathtub and jacuzzi as mention on agoda please do this correct asap. Overall experience is good..staff is very polite and good.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and professional throughout my visit. A special thanks to Yuvraj for his outstanding hospitality. He was polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. His excellent service made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
