    This is honestly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was much smaller than I expected, and unfortunately, it was also very smelly. The noise level was extremely disturbing. I could hear conversations from the next room very clearly, as well as the noise coming from the corridor, which made it very difficult to rest and sleep comfortably. The only positive thing about this hotel is its location. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with my stay. The room condition, unpleasant smell, and poor soundproofing were far below what I expected from a hotel. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to others.

    I stayed at this hotel and found the room facilities generally okay. However, after returning hotel the next day, I discovered there were many ants in the room. I called the front office and was asked to wait. After waiting for about 30 minutes, I called again, but no action had been taken. Another staff member then told me that a different staff had answered my earlier call. Eventually, a staff member came up and offered me a room spray. However, by that time it was already very late, and as I was travelling with my children, I was concerned that the spray might affect their health. In the end, I had to clean the ants myself with a rag. I was very disappointed with the way this issue was handled. I expected better service and a more appropriate response from the hotel. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not choose to stay here again.
