Everything was really nice but the lady at desk was not professional in any aspect. She barely even squeezed a smile out. Maybe she was having a rough day. I guess it happens to all of us, encountering unpleasant staff that are only there for a paycheck.

Went to this hotel specifically because they advertised free breakfast in the morning just to find out that they dont serve breakfast also noone stays in the front when you need help you have to call the hotel the man who booked us in was real nice but the woman was rude really really rude
