    The owners are pleasant and welcoming soon as you walk in the lobby with a smile . Rooms are very clean & spacious. Room services lady cleans & washes everything which I love and makes sure it’s clean. No half stepping.

    **Review for Metropolitan Motel:** I recently stayed at the Metropolitan Motel, and while there are some positive aspects, there were also a few issues that need addressing. Firstly, the price is quite high for what the motel offers. It would be more reasonable if it were cheaper, especially considering there is no parking available. The bed in my room squeaked a lot and needs the screws tightened to fix this issue. Additionally, when I turned on the air conditioning, it smelled like smoke or cigarettes, which was very unpleasant. The walls are quite thin, so noise from neighboring rooms can be heard easily. On a positive note, the location is not too bad, but it would be helpful if there was a sign indicating where the entrance is located. Furthermore, I noticed that the smell of cooking food from the motel's kitchen was entering the guest rooms. Installing an exhaust fan would help prevent this issue. Despite these concerns, the stay was overall okay, and if you follow the rules and regulations, you should have a decent experience and $150 deposit.
