    Really convenient as it's literally a 2 min walk from the westbhf that has a mall as well. And the staff were friendly, room was cozy, comfy and clean. Would stay here again if i come back to wien.

    We had a great stay and the location of the property is very accessible going around Vienna. It’s a few minutes walk ti the tram that will direct you to the center of Vienna and other tourist destinations.

    I understand that the Superior room is one of Mercure Wien’s discount offerings, but it doesn’t need to be straight out of the 1970s. Carpet was old, air conditioner turned off in the middle of the night, one staff member was one of the rudest people i’ve ever had to deal with. all in all 0 stars, but i mean, i slept.
