A guest left a dog in their room across the hall from us around 11pm. It barked and cried for hours. I went to reception to complain and there were already other guests there complaining. The man at the reception just kept saying there wasn’t much he could do. It took over 2 hours before someone removed the dog from the room. This was incredibly unfortunate as we had to get up at 5am for an early train to leave Munich. So all 5 in my family got very little sleep.
Separately, I paid nearly 5 euros for a latte thinking the person would use the nice espresso machine behind her to make my drink. Instead, she took my money and told me to go make my own at the self service machine, which produced micro sized coffee drinks and was barely hotter than room temperature.
