    Location - very close to the masjid. About 500 meters walk. Very easy for ladies, as it leads straight to the ladies section (gate 322). Location is good (9/10) many restaurants and grocery stores located right outside, making it very convenient for food and other essentials. Room - we got a room with 3 beds, so space was not bad. We used 1 bed to keep luggage etc. Room was not compact. I should mention, we were provided a room designed for people with disabilities, so may be that's why our room was decently spacious. I don't know about the standard rooms. Even the washroom was very big and spacious. Washroom was good, newly tiled and had good water pressure. However, there is absolutely no room service. If you request the staff, they'll provide you with the toiletries. We had to request a broom and clean the room ourselves. Beds were a little compact, but alright. Room had windows you can open for fresh air. Room - 8/10 Staff - few of the cleaners were good and helpful. The bell boy let us keep our bags in a safe spot until we got the rooms, so we could go to the Masjid in the meantime. The cleaner provided us with toiletries when requested although no one ever came to clean the room or change the sheets in the 5 days we stayed there. The receptionist was utterly useless. He was on his phone the whole time and didn't even properly respond to us. Just a big attitude on display for all to see. Additionally, check in was supposed to be at 2pm but we got the room (after complaining many times) at about 5pm. We were at the hotel from around 1pm! Overall, I was ok with this stay, especially due to the convenient location.
