Very nice, upscale, and luxury suites buuuut they charge for late check outs even if you need to check out around like 12-12:30pm and that's a huge NO NO because other hotels do free check outs at those times and this is the first and only hotel that I know of that charges starting 12pm for a late check out and they have too MUCH moulah,dinero, money to be taking more from Guests just because we need more rest. They should give us our entire 24 hours for a night then,Smh.

They charge for a late check out which is major red flag and no no for me because most borrowings let you check out at 12-12:30pm free of charge but not Mainstay and that insane and wicked to me because we're not even getting an entire 24 hour stay so the least they can do is choose to allow a free late check out at 12-12:30pm.

Location is great but the room was not very clean and in the 4 nights I was there not once was the room serviced or even attempted to be serviced. I requested clean towels and was told I had to bring the dirty ones down to the lobby. Worst part was I found a condom under the bed, thank god it was sealed but that’s something the housekeeper should have seen if they do their jobs correctly.
