First room they put us in was dirty, smelled like smoke, not cleaned. Toilet not even flushed. We were placed in a different room which was better but not great. Multiple things need to be repaired (plugs,TV,door hatch,fridge door etc.). The pictures they have on website is very deceiving this hotel needs a lot of work. Would not recommend

Cost effective, warm rooms, extremely comfortable beds, breakfast, convenient to stores, restaurants and interstate highway. The pool/hot tub could use some work. Would recommend to travlers.

Poor customer service and basic issues.
From the moment I arrived, the receptionist made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a guest. When I asked for directions to my room, the instructions were unclear and unhelpful, so I chose not to ask further to avoid getting more frustrated.
We also had trouble finding an ice machine. When I went to the front desk to ask, there was no one there. I waited about five minutes and still no staff appeared. I noticed a map at the counter and checked it, only to find there was no ice machine near our room. When my wife later went to the front desk, again no one was present, but she eventually noticed a sign and was able to locate the ice.
In the room, the clock was broken, and the sink was also not working properly. Breakfast was very basic, and there were no napkins available.
Overall, the lack of customer service and attention to basic details made for a disappointing stay.

Tv, did not work, music playing loud, other guest were inconsiderate. Hot water barely worked. Very disappointed this visit
