The 2 men that worked at Mahana were fine but the women were terrible, no smiles, no kind words, no entry into the kitchen or lounge area before check in at 14:00.
I arrived at Mahana about 07:00 after flying in overnight, no sleep on the plane, very tired.
They made me and other travelers sit outside on hard wooden pallets, not even real furniture. There were 14 chairs and 4 sofas to sit on on the 2nd floor in the kitchen and lounge area.
Nobody was using them. My bed was free, Nobody in it.
They said if I wanted to check in early I had to pay extra. No, I am not paying extra, I'll wait till 14:00 to sleep in my reserved bed, fine but at least let me and the other tired, exhausted travels sit on some AVAILABLE SOFAS AND CHAIRS. How ignorant unwelcome can a person at reception be.
Totally disgusted and appaled.
