We stayed here recently as a family of four. The kids really enjoyed the pool which was clean. The rooms also very clean. The hotel is very dated, with no vibe and very few people were staying at the time. The photos show a much more modern hotel. It is worn out, and in real need of a renovation. Our shower head was leaking and squirting water into the bathroom. However, it was reasonable value for money for a family. Location close to food trucks by walking distance, but the hotel surrounds are very city like and not pretty.

8 / 10Excellent·Mar 2026

We stayed for 2 nights. The hotel is outdated, some parts of the pool area is under construction. We did not try the restaurant as everything was within walking distance. You can hear the noise of the road in the room, but very tired enough to get a good sleep. Bed was comfortable and room as well in general. The gym is small, no towels given and locals use it as well. They were nice people, and the machines are in good condition. The reception sofas need update too. When you are in Asia you get amazing stays for this money. However, this is something were were prepared for, so we were ok with our stay.

Price mid range for Papeete. Can walk into city centre. Reception area looks good, but overall new lick of paint would greatly improve appearance

6 / 10Average·Jul 2026

The hotel is in a convenient location near to downtown Papeete and the supermarket. Rooms are large and relatively clean. But it is a rather run down hotel. And the street facing rooms are subject to very loud traffic noise. I had to ask and pay extra to move rooms, as the noise was unbearable.
