I booked this hotel because they advertised free airport transfers. However, when I arrived at the airport there was no pick up waiting. Then when I called the hotel the receptionist insisted that the driver was waiting in the parking lot. But when I got to the parking lot there was no one from the hotel. When I attempted to contact the hotel again no one answered. After waiting for a while I took an overpriced taxi from the airport instead because it was almost midnight. When I arrived to the hotel the receptionist again insisted someone was there and offered an apology. My room was comfortable but sleeping was nearly impossible at night because of a howling dog nearby. The linens were also a bit worn and should be replaced. The daily breakfast was good but I did not appreciate the rule of not allowing off site on the premises but their food options were not great. If I return to the area I would definitely choose another hotel.
