Stay with colleagues pre sales meeting in area.
Comfortable and pleasant stay.
Only thing to say was all of our poached eggs at breakfast were overdone....sometimes its just the little things...
Other than that I will revisit with my wife and explore the area.

Really enjoyed our stay. Big comfy bed and nothing is too much trouble for the Staff who are welcoming and very cheerful.

Had a great time, the staff are amazing, the cleanliness of the hotel is great although somethings could do with updating furniture wise, the spa is great the pool could do with some heating in sitting areas. The food is good, breakfast is nice though could be hotter and the bar could do with a revamp ie different beers. Great location to get into Chester - public transport is great if you don’t fancy driving.

the stay suited my needs. nothing to write home about.
room looked a bit tired, probably hasn't been maintained in 20 years, windows didn't close properly, but everything was in working order and as described.
