    The M Boutique Hotel sits at a pleasant, calm location between North and Mid-Beach, but has plenty of local restaurants, grocery stores and transportation options (Miami Beach Trolley, public bus) right across the street to be able to travel across the strip, reaching South Beach in 20 minutes. So, the location is a perfect mix of a quiet, safe neighborhood less than five minutes away on foot from the beach, without the hectic noise of South Beach. And check-in is very easy and seamless as there is no contact with any staff. They message your codes to enter the building and room the day before arriving, and the cute, small hotel has a pleasant, small outdoor private patio to smoke and talk and hang. Maggy, the manager, is very responsive and friendly on Whatsapp, and she even prepared a special surprise to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday for our three-night stay. We had a great time with a large, comfy bed, cold fridge, functional A/C and clean room. Would definitely come back for another weekend getaway in Miami Beach !

    I have to say I was sadly surprised at the hotel having stayed there 3 years ago. The accommodations are acceptable and the bed was okay and the sheets were clean but the bathroom floor was very dirty and the hotel seems to not have any major work being done on it to keep it up to date. The freezer which looks like a mini fridge froze everything within an hour that we put in even after adjusting the temperature. The parking is not as easy as specified to find the street parking and the parking lot is located where you have to walk about two and a half blocks to get to and from your car. It's not the biggest deal but it's a major inconvenience especially with moving luggage. There is no staff on site besides the cleaning person, and she was fine. There is a coffee maker and a microwave in the room, we stayed in room 102 but there was no utensils no plates no coffee basically you better bring everything yourself. We happen to order spaghetti delivered and the Uber delivery forgot forks and knives and we wound up eating with a coat hanger and a back scratcher. The hotel is about a three block walk to the beach. Consider that if karting items to and from the beach. I say that because although you can park closer to the beach, parking is relatively scarce and you probably don't want to move your car to drive over to the beach from the hotel once your car is parked in a spot. I will say once again that everything worked in the phone number that you are provided with was answered each time I called including at 10:00 at night when I had a problem with the TV remote control. This is however bare Bones from the standpoint of it is like going to rent a room and for everything else you are on your own.

    Our stay was nothing short of disappointing. We were travelling from the UK to Florida for three weeks and decided to go from Oralndo to Miami, getting there at 1 in the morning to no person at the reception which would have been fine if the 24 hour contact number wasn't turned off. We were instantly greeted with a cockroach running around free and a double booked room which was a severe inconvenience. Luckily we found another place nearby and paid an extra 200 dollars with the promise we would get a refund we haven't got 10 days later. This place is clearly ran with low effort and I would recommend trying to get somewhere else for a pleasant stay and a guaranteed room for the night.
