Before reaching the hotel, I confirmed the room availability 2–3 times with both the hotel staff and the Agoda team, and I was assured that the selected room was available. My booking clearly mentioned a Queen Bed room for 5 days.
However, upon arrival at the hotel, the staff denied providing the Queen Bed and claimed it was an Agoda issue. They offered only two single beds, which was not what I had booked. Later, the hotel staff insisted that if I wanted a Queen Bed, I would need to pay extra charges. Since I had no immediate alternative and Agoda customer care was not reachable directly at that time, I was forced to accept the additional charges.
Another issue was that the hotel stated the Queen Bed was available only for 3 days, even though my booking was for 5 days
This experience was disappointing and stressful. I request Agoda to either remove this hotel from your platform or ensure clear and accurate room availability details so other customers do not face similar problems in the future.
I hope Agoda will take this matter seriously and improve coordination with hotel partners.

Upon requesting to put a mini refrigerator in the executive room that we had booked.. the staff member made a strange inquiry if it was only the two of us staying and on the same night someone kept knocking on the door at 3 am and plus calling the intercom for 30mins staight. We decide to ignore the knocking and check with the staff in the morning. We were dismissed saying that it could have been other guests from a wedding party whi might have gotten confused about the room number which I did not believe and I requested to check the CCTV which they did not allow. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR COUPLES!
