    Location is adjacent to Payyaballam Beach Road, very neat and clean resort; staff is cooperative; would recommend the resort.

    Excellent experience: superb location, very clean complex, courteous staff and rooms were huge with a partial sea view. Property architecture gives a nice vibe. Breakfast options were great.

    Booked 3 room for the family. Had specifically requested a higher floor and away from the lift room at the time of booking. Despite the rooms being available on higher floor, the staff deliberately allocated ground floor rooms close to the noisy and darkly lit common entrance door and lift. When reminded about the special request, I was informed the higher-level rooms are being cleaned and would take time. When i insisted and after repeated request and negotiating and offering to wait longer if need be, i was offered 1-floor rooms in less then 5 mins If first floor rooms were available, then why wasn't it offered first given my special request? It required repeated request and informing if this is how my request are going to disregarded, i will not be visitng the hotel again only then the staff offered the 1st floor still not the higher floor room as requested and selected at the time of booking. If the higher-level floor rooms were not going to be available on the date of my arrival, why was even the booking processed?
