The hotel is in a good location and it's kept clean. My issue with this hotel is that you don't get to see the staff so you'll have to figure out your check-in, your stay and any problem you have cos they won't pick the call every time.
Around midnight, the crazy noise starts. People walking about, moving things around, talking loudly until early morning so you hardly get any sleep. I spent 2 nights there whilst jetlagged so the noisy nights were tolerated. If customers had access to a physical frontdesk, I think it would make things a lot easier.
