    Just a minute walk to Ben Thanh Market. Many eateries nearby. Room is clean and staffs are friendly.

    Absolutely filthy. I entered my deluxe room with fruitflies on tabletops and in the air. Bed made but I see dirt prints on white linens. The walls are scattered with what looked like dark sauce stains. The fridge had dead flies inside, dirty tray, and food prints on the outside. Hair were all over, the floor and crevices. I didn’t dare looked underneath the bed. The bathroom ceiling had a sizable patch of black mold, shower walls dirty, sink dirty. All that said the entire time there was not any sign of roach infestation. I went to Circle K 2 doors down, bought a bottle of spray cleaner with bleach and a box of towels, sprayed and soaked all the surfaces i would have to touch and wiped them all down. The 2 positives: very nice front desk staff, location superb.
