We had an amazing time staying at Ler Hostel 65! The location is absolutely unbeatable—it is just a short walking distance to the beautiful Chaweng Beach and all the amazing nightlife at Ark Bar, yet it still offers a comfortable place to rest.
The staff went above and beyond to make our trip smooth and hassle-free. We were able to rent a scooter directly from the hostel, which was incredibly convenient for exploring the island. On top of that, they helped us book our onward transportation to Phuket at a very good price, saving us the stress of dealing with outside travel agents.
If you are looking for great hospitality, convenience, and excellent value for money in Koh Samui, this is the place to stay. Would definitely return!

I have been in several hostels before this one, and this was the best for his price. Good bed, clean room, nice toilet and shower and close to the main street

At check in I was told I didn’t pay via Agoda, so I had to pay then and was charged 3% for using my card. A 200 baht deposit was required (mine ended up being used as a payment for my transfer to the Pralan Pier for the Ferry).
Rooms were decent, not a lot of space for luggage and small lockers no more really uses. The beds are firm, it was sleepable but I wouldn’t say comfortable. The curtains on the bed only cover the sides so if you have a top bunk facing another there is no privacy. The bottom bunk you can put a towel or something to make do. Air conditioning worked fine, rooms were cool during day and night.
Bathroom and showers were okay. They did not clean the toilets my first 2 days there which is something they should do daily because so men have bad aim and leave proof on the seat. Showers had plenty of hot water which was nice.
The common area in lobby is great plenty of seats and fans. There is a covered deck out front to hang out as well and be social. Main Street so plenty to watch there.
Staff was helpful. Got me the hair dryer when I needed it. Also helped me arrange transportation to the ferry. They were all kind, but could do a better job cleaning the facility.
The location is great right in the middle of Chewang beach busy street for shopping & food. Everything is walkable from there.
Overall would stay again and would recommend.
