Loved the stay here with amazing pool amenities and kind staff. In-house restaurant is top notch with amazing staff. Definitely recommended for family and business travellers

Pros : Very good location Very good restaurant staff Good food spread and taste Decent recreational facilities Cons: Reception staff absolutely non responsive (had to call twice for initial cleaning during checkin and twice for luggage. No one came for luggage, waited for 25 mins ) Bathrooms were stinking and faucets were old. Spray was on left side. Room was not clean during checkin. I booked for superior room for 2 adults and 1 child but they gave twin beds which could accommodate only one person per bed. At same cost, I could've got 5 Star hotels also but this I felt was even below 4 star hotel. It is self parking hotel although parking is not that far. Overall not a value for money at all and many things could've been better
