    Great location, easy access to everything esp via bus /train. Super close to Le Bon Marche/La Grande Epicerie as well as Luxembourg Gardens, Pantheon. Can be crowded towards the Montparnasse side but really pleasant towards the 6th arrondisement area. Price was fair, rooms were ok in space compared to the usual rooms in Paris. Check out at 12nn so that's a plus!

    A very charming hotel not in the heart of the action. Clean room. Very friendly staff

    The hotel was emailed and messaged several times about us turning up with a dog, and they not only ignored all messages but they then relocated us to another hotel nearby which is listed as 3* on *** (not 4*), and which had terrible sound insulation. We were kept up all night by sirens going up and down the main road. The Legend also advertises that it has parking. It does not. There are only private garages nearby if you want secure parking e.g. Indifo which charge €39 per day. Alice tried to help, but after a long journey it added unnecessary stress. Train staff to answer messages and not ignore them. Customer service starts before a guest arrives at a hotel. All of these problems could’ve been avoided by your team over a week before we even arrived. Not what I expect from a 4* hotel in Saint Germain!
