    A short escape from the crazy old town. A paradise. Spa was unbelievably good. Rooms so spacious. Staff so helpful I will Defo be back thank you. I miss you already

    We are currently staying at this hotel in a family room, which is super spacious. The air con is fantastic and the room is nice and quiet. Everything is clean and the bathroom feels luxurious. Bed is really comfy, with nice quality bedding. The staff are fantastic, everyone is super friendly and keen to help you. The infinity pool has been an oasis of calm and relaxation. I've enjoyed breakfast, there's a wide range of choice for visitors from all over the world. I love the gardens, which are beautifully maintained. The hotel is not in central Hoi An so we've used the free minibus to get into town and the bikes to go and explore the surrounding area. It's also cheap and easy to order a Grab to head into town. The laundry service was quite pricey so we used the laundry service in the house just by the hotel for a fraction of the cost.

    Pros:- 1) Big and spacious room 2) Big bathroom, separate bath & toilet with bathtub 3) Comfy bed and pillow, you will have a good rest with quiet environment 4) Friendly staff and reception Cons:- 1) Far from hoi an old town, need to take Grab or 1hr ahead booking on their hotel shuttle. 2) No lift, if you got a room like mine at 3rd floor you need to walk all way up to level 3. 3) Wooden door with key, NO security. If someone got drunk, they can just kick the wooden door. 4) I reached hotel on Wed 10/6 ard 9.15am to drop luggage, room was not ready. So i went for our coconut boat, upon finishing ard 12pm. I didn't received any message from hotel, so we went hoi an old town for lunch. I thought they can provide assistance on our activities at hoi an but no. Ard 1pm, it was heavy rain at old town, we got wet. 1.30pm only i received a message we can check in. We were assigned to a deserted block, i opened my window its cow dung smell, no view only soil. Reception claim this is the family room block. At night, after shop at hoi an, we unable find our room. Its too dark. Lucky manage to seek help from a staff. 5) pool seems to be smaller vs photo in Agoda I didn't see the hotel is full despite they telling me our room not ready. Room light too dim. High possibility no repeat stay at this hotel on my next trip.
