Great value. Nice breakfast. Staff at restaurant during night time seems new and do not have knowledge about food recommendation but its not a matter. There was mosquito in the room but they have bed net so not a problem

This is a great hotel. We have stayed here several times. A beautiful location. The 1.2km Zipline across the River is very popular, as are the hot springs. The staff have improved with every trip. This is always a firm stop for us on every trip in the North

This is a quality resort with great facilities. The hot springs are very relaxing where you can also enjoy a drink. The 1.2km zip line across the valley to the other side of the river is great fun and popular with guests. The breakfast is impressive and of a high standard. The rooms are also very good with a choice of bungalows. The staff are well trained and professional. We will be back.

We loved our room! The view was amazing, and the room itself was very beautiful. I especially loved the big window, the spacious balcony, the view from the bathtub, and the large, comfortable bed. The only thing I didn’t like was the smoking policy. The room is non-smoking, but smoking is allowed on the balcony. So if your neighbor smokes, you can’t really enjoy sitting outside or even opening your window. It makes you wonder why you pay extra for a nice balcony view if you can’t use it. I called the staff, and they kindly moved us to a room on the other side—thankfully, the only one available on the second floor—and luckily, the wind didn’t change direction! Overall, we had a great stay. Just a small note: there was a visible stain on the chair, which was a bit unpleasant.
