    We stayed at Layana Resort & Spa from 19 June 2026 to 22 June 2026, and it was truly one of the most memorable resort experiences we've ever had. This trip was especially meaningful to us as it was both our anniversary getaway and a birthday celebration for my partner. The entire team at Layana Resort & Spa played a huge part in making this occasion truly unforgettable, and we will always cherish the wonderful memories created during our stay. After landing at Krabi Airport, we understood that the complimentary shuttle service was only available until 4:30 pm. Our flight landed around 4:30 pm, and we only exited the airport at about 4:40 pm. Although the representative holding the Layana Resort & Spa sign was not originally there for us, he went the extra mile by contacting the resort on our behalf. Ms. Tour promptly arranged complimentary transportation directly to the resort. This thoughtful gesture made our journey smooth and hassle-free, giving us a wonderful start to our holiday. Thank you, Ms. Tour! We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to Mr. Lai and Ms. Noona. They provided excellent recommendations for island restaurants and sightseeing spots, making our trip even more enjoyable. Since my mobile phone was unable to call the hotel reception directly, Ms. Noona kindly shared her WhatsApp number so we could contact her whenever we needed assistance. This level of personal care and dedication truly exceeded our expectations. One of the highlights of our stay was the private beach dining experience. The setup was absolutely breathtaking, especially with the beautiful sunset, elegant lighting, and romantic beachfront tent. A special thank you to Ms. Kung, who helped me arrange a surprise for my partner. She coordinated everything discreetly, making the evening truly unforgettable and made our anniversary and birthday celebration even more special. Layana Resort & Spa absolutely deserves its 5-star reputation. The service was exceptional from beginning to end, and every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome. We stayed in the Terrace Suite, which was spacious, beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. Although we visited during the low season, the staff never let the quieter period affect the quality of service. They consistently ensured we had a wonderful and memorable stay. Last but certainly not least, I would like to thank Mr. Frank, the Hotel Manager, for everything he did behind the scenes to ensure our stay was seamless. We truly appreciate his leadership and commitment to guest satisfaction. Finally, another heartfelt thank you to Ms. Tour, who kindly arranged transportation back to Krabi Airport even though we were transferring to another hotel. This special arrangement was another example of the outstanding hospitality and flexibility shown by the staff and management. A big kudos to the entire Layana Resort & Spa team! Thank you for making our anniversary and my partner's birthday celebration so memorable. You didn't just provide us with a luxurious stay—you created an unforgettable experience and memories that we will treasure for a lifetime. We will definitely recommend Layana Resort & Spa to our family and friends, and we look forward to returning in the future.

    Lovely hotel, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful as well as the restaurant staff, the hotel was spotless and exceptionally well maintained and in a prime location, such a pleasure to stay in this hotel. highly recommend!
