    Please read all the awful reviews for this place first. I failed to do so and regretted it. We were not given the room we paid for, then Agoda sided with the hotel when we complained. The next day the exact same thing happened to some other travelers. No hot shower, the floor kept coming off onto our feet too. We had to pay for the transit to and from the resort. The receptionist was rude and awful to us. DO NOT STAY HERE.
