    Beautiful quiet retreat in the forest. The rooms are separate cabins in amongst the trees. Woken to the sounds of birds morning mist. Cool mountain air. Stagg were lovely too.

    Everything was perfect from check in to check out. Staffs are really helpful and friendly. Hotel can arrange transport if you need.

    This was the accomodation we were most excited over and paid the most among all the accomodations for the trip. However, it turn out to be such a disappointment that we felt cheated having paid over S*** just for this accomodation. On check in we rested and wanted to have a shower around 5pm but the taps and shower were dry as there were issues. The water only came on at 8pm and the pool was set up only at 9pm. We avoided using the toilet before that. We could not understand why the pool was not set up prior to arrival. Even after setting up no one dared to use the pool as the water look so dirty even though we were assured its safe to go in. The rooms are ok but curtains were also not setup properly. It was such a let down especially when its listed as towards higher end. Thankfully the staff are nice or it would have been a total disaster. Nevertheless, the property should not have charged so much when it is quite run down and things not running smoothly. I hardly complain over accomodations but feel this is necessary.
