    I would recommend this resort to anyone looking to disconnect and get away. There is no signal anywhere in the woods, and so you have only the resort wifi (well connected) if you want it! The location is amazing on the flowing river and there is no noise but nature surrounding you. The resort staff are friendly and helpful. They are accommodating. They answer the WhatsApp messages very quickly and you get the services you need as rapidly. The only issue was they only have a limited number of golf carts (you need to get back and forth) and drivers, so the pick up times need to be carefully arranged and know you are being picked up before you walk out your door (and lose your signal). The hot tub service was amazing. We had the fire heated tub and while we got rained out the first night (fire also did not light), we did have 3 great soaks in the morning, evening and second morning before breakfast. They also fixed our tub hose to get the system working better and this made a huge difference in the heating of the water. Bathroom was huge! It did smell a bit, but they shared a can of spray to help with this. It is a fully outdoor resort, in the jungle, so not much dried and all of that moisture did make this particular space hard to keep fresh. But the auto toilet with remote and warm seat were a nice bonus, and the shower for 'couples' was great as well. Food was decent, as we did have dinner and 2 breakfasts. The flavors were there, but a lot of the food was room temp or a bit cooler - not straight out of the oven. That would be my only complaint if I have to have one is to ensure hot food, considering you book a time to come for the meals. Overall, great service and location. The price is expensive, but if you can get a deal or just want a really nice away from it all trip with a partner, this is for sure the place to go!

    Situated in the jungle not far from the city of Chiang Mai. We stayed in the Airstream type accommodation right by the stream, very unique with outdoor natural bath. Perfect for those who seek a peaceful getaway. Staff were very friendly. Highly recommend.

    The resort failed to honor our original booking and relocated us to a room with fewer amenities without notifying us beforehand or offering a cancellation. When we tried to address this with customer service, we received no response.
