    Hotel is too old need to renew, no value compare to the price since is too high and considering from heights room price in Beirut Hotel is not clean specially rooms, also cleaning service is too bad , rooms have bad smell as well all hotel also have bad smell Not recommended at all better to forget about hotels and stay away n furnished appointments you will feel your money value

    We expected the hotel to be as shown in the photos, but unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. There was an unpleasant smell in the room. The carpet was not clean. No slippers were provided at all. Only one bath towel and one bathrobe were available, even though the reservation was for two people (a couple). Also, there were toiletries and amenities prepared for just one guest. Overall, the service and room preparation did not meet the standards we expected.
