The AC was making rattling noise. Couldn't sleep all night. Sent the recording audios to owner/manager and requested to do something about it or change the room but I was ignored completely. Its like the management doesnt care that peopl are comfortable or not. I mean whats the point of a night stay if you cant even sleep. The blankets were dirty (yellow stains can be seen in uploaded pictures), towels were smelling, flies are over in bathrooms (also can be seen in pics). And on top of all that the rattling noise coming from AC/Heater. We set the temperature to 24 degree and it turns off when thermostat reads 24 and then when it again turns on the noise kept going on. Left the room at around 4.30-5.00 am as we couldn't sleep.

Beautiful, well maintained resort. Only problem was we arrived after all the guests had left - end of season? The room was very nice and the bed very comfortable. The pool was outstanding , but the weather was too cold to enjoy it. The setting was a joy to behold. The 4 of us were just passing through, but I could easily enjoy a a longish holiday in this resort. The grounds well well maintained and in a delightful setting.

When I checked in I realized there's no internet Wi-Fi available in my room and I asked immediately my refund and state in a motel some else. They should not advertise Wi-Fi is available otherwise it's false advertising.
