I want to start by saying the workers who assisted me were lovely and helpful.
However, the room I was provided was not.
The curtains did not properly close to anyone walking by could easily peer into the sides and see into my room, even while changing. I had to rig the edges of the curtains around the AC chord and prop a chair against another edge to keep them spread out and maintain privacy.
The bed is clearly very old and well-used, with a huge dip in the middle that made me feel like I was falling into a sink hole all night while trying to sleep. They've attempted to rectify with a mattress cover instead of, you know, replacing the mattress. Did not help.
The pillows were rock hard.
I arrived too late, and left too early, to take advantage of the bistro, but I guess that would be a benefit to other travellers.
The room was cheap, but there were other cheap options which may provide actual privacy and a mattress without a giant hole on it.

A neat, clean unit, with a bright appearance. Comfortable bed, great shower, table and two chairs on the balcony overlooking the street below. Great pub food at the hotel.

The staff was untrained. They charged me twice, and I called them, but it's been 3 days and they haven't gotten back to me.
My room had issues, so I had to switch rooms.
My room wasn't cleaned while I was there.
