    They are a new hotel in the area, so the facility is quite new. The staff, from my view, is friendly and supports us a lot.

    We didn’t realise quite how much of a ghost town Halong was but that’s not the hotels fault. The guy at reception woke up just to check us in and he couldn’t have done enough! There is very little around the hotel in terms of restaurants, cafes etc so the location is pretty poor. Beds were rock hard and slightly dirty but we did only pay *** a night so didn’t expect a lot. My friend also got her laundry shrunk and it was pretty expensive. Overall, probably wouldn’t stay here again but the receptionist was really lovely and helped us out with onward transport etc. if you’re looking for budget it’s acceptable
