    The hotel location is in Sun village that is quite near the beach. Service is good in general

    This is one of the recently built European style Sun Plaza Hotels. The location is a bit inner side of the neighborhood but that’s okay I guess. The main issue with this hotel is, they don’t have an organized staff group. It looks like one family lives in the hotel and works as caretaker. So, you don’t get the hospitality of a professional hotel management. Also, amenities and beds are not as good as it looks like. We had to use a coffee stained quilt since they didn’t change it even after noticing. I would say, it is not a 3-star hotel at any category apart from the infrastructure.
