    It is an ultra modern hotel, but a little away from the Huacachina lake, where I really wanted to be. When we arrived by bus, they had to arrange a taxi to take me to the hotel, as it was not within walking distance. The room was a nice size with a huge bed, and complimentary breakfast was quite decent. It was calm and I had a good night’s rest. Now, the cons: The room was lit with harsh white light, and it was not at all cosy. The front wall/entrance is partially floor to ceiling glass with two hanging blinds which did not close properly. At night, passers-by could look in and in the day, with the blinds up, there was little privacy. I felt that the attempt to achieve a “wow” factor in the design of rooms, sacrificed privacy and the ablility to shut out the world.

    I book this hotel with the air conditioner and TV included but seems like when I arrive, hotel told me that air conditioner need to pay extra and they ask me to contact Agoda. I did complain to Agoda about this and they said need 72 hours to investigate the case. Don’t book this hotel as scam. Information show in Agoda is not correct Towel is in yellow color and pool water is dirty as well. Try to book other hotel instead
