Stayed 1 night in Huacachina at this hotel. We were first given a twin room with two separate beds. We had to change rooms because there were a TON of ants coming out from the light switch and crack on grout in the washroom - I would not have been comfortable. Staff was very helpful and upgraded our room to a bigger better room with a double bed, no charge. Breakfast was good quality and super friendly and helpful staff

Nice hotel , view to the Dunes , great breakfast … very clean hotel .
The only one thing , but it is not hotels fault : noisy with other places party noise at night when you sleep .
6.8 / 10Average·May 2024
The room is spacious and adequately soundproofed; I couldn't hear any noise from the nearby bars. However, there were stains on the towels, intermittent warm water supply, and a slow toilet flush. Breakfast was also basic. Considering the price per night, I expected more. Nonetheless, I had a good night's sleep, which somewhat makes up for it.
