The family unit was actually two adjoining units which worked out great as it comes with 2 bathrooms. The units are well equipped with a mini kitchen and amenities. It is located near town center and easy to get around on foot. Many food outlets nearby. Staff were helpful when they are around. Car park is very small and difficult to maneuver, especially with a big car.

My original booking through Agoda was not confirmed and I was advised by Agoda to rebook. During the rebooking process, both the original booking and the rebooking as confirmed. After contacting Agoda over the duplicated booking, it was cleared up with the hotel and confirmed that only one room was booked. After I checked, only one room was assigned and the hotel mentioned that the duplication was due to a system fault. After my stay, I was refused a refund of the duplicated booking by the hotel who claimed that the booking was not refundable. So I ended up being charged double for something that is not my doing.
