    The staff and room were lovely, very helpful and kind. The room was cozy and simple, everything I needed and appreciated, I really enjoyed it after a long day. The location is amazing too, it is right next to a kombini and also right next to the main strip, it was genuinely an amazing location. Nice and convienient check in and out system too, kind staff help all the way, then when it is check out time you simply put the card into a box, or if you see staff hand it to them, it was very easy! I would absolutely book again ♥️ thank you for everything , truly.

    The room was better than expected, looks exactly like the photos and had the Kyoto-feel charm with all of the wood accents. The staff was extremely friendly and they were able to hold our luggage on the day of checkout for a few hours which allowed us to finish our Kyoto exploration!

    This was one of my fave hotels I stayed in throughout my Japan trip - Great location again - close to the main station and also close to all restaurant's / shops and the river for an evening stroll .. beautiful hotel, great staff and one of my favourite cities in the world - I will be back!
