    We stayed for 2 nights and overall had a pleasant experience. Originally, we had booked Kuan Mapraw Villa 2, but one day before arrival the host informed us that there was an issue with the property. We were moved to Kuan Mapraw Villa 3 instead. While the change was unexpected, the host handled it professionally by both messaging and calling us personally to explain the situation. She also offered a partial refund, which was greatly appreciated. The host was one of the highlights of our stay. She was consistently responsive to our questions, provided useful recommendations on local attractions and food, and even went the extra mile by allowing us to use her personal steam iron, which was not listed among the villa amenities. The villa itself felt very homey and spacious, making it suitable for families. Having a washing machine was particularly helpful during our trip. Drinking water was provided, and the house was equipped with a smart TV and plenty of fans in the non-air-conditioned living area. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the air-conditioning worked very well. The beds were slightly firm, which may not suit everyone, but we slept comfortably. The location is very convenient. The villa is right next to a Mini Big C, while a 7-Eleven and a coin-operated laundromat are within walking distance. The laundromat was especially useful for drying clothes after washing them in the villa. A few minor drawbacks: the house is located directly along the main road, so some traffic noise can be heard during the day. However, traffic became much lighter at night and did not affect our sleep. The ground-floor toilet also had a slight foul smell, although air freshener sprays were provided to help manage the issue. Overall, this was a comfortable and convenient stay with outstanding hospitality from the host. The thoughtful service and family-friendly facilities made for an enjoyable experience, and we would consider staying again when visiting Phatthalung.
