    Wonderful experience at Krishna Den Cottage retreat

    I stayed at Krishna’s Den - Cottage Retreat on 7 August, and it turned into a frightening experience rather than a relaxing getaway. The most shocking incident happened in the washroom. After using the toilet, I flushed it and within seconds a snake emerged from the toilet seat area. It is difficult to describe how dangerous and terrifying that moment was. Had we not noticed it in time, someone from my family could have been bitten. For the property owner, this may be just another incident. For my family, it could have become a life-changing tragedy that we would never forget. No holiday stay should put guests at this kind of risk. The property may look appealing during the day, but at night it feels isolated, poorly lit, and unsafe. Instead of enjoying nature, we were constantly worried about our safety. The reality is that guests are entering a forest environment where wildlife movement is possible. If a property chooses to operate in such a location, guest safety should be the highest priority. Every guest should receive clear written assurance about the safety measures in place. Without that, people should think very carefully before booking. I would never recommend this property to families, couples, children, or senior citizens. No vacation is worth risking your safety. Finding a snake coming out near the toilet after flushing was more than enough reason for me to never return. Stay at your own risk.

    The room provided the 2nd day was better compared to 1st day. The food provided was fresh and very good. Good place to just relax for 2 days . The location is little interior but it has nice view. Need little improvement on maintenence of property. Overall the experience was good
