    We were very disappointed that our room was not cleaned at all during our three-day stay. In our 20 years of living in Japan, this was one of our worst hotel experiences. For the price we paid, we did not expect to stay in an uncleaned room for three days. Basic housekeeping is an essential part of hotel service, and the lack of it made our stay very unpleasant. We expected much better from this hotel.

    👍 Location is excellent, with proximity to the main streets and stations. 👍 Staffs were kind and helpful. 👎 The shower curtains were very pink at the bottom (due to moisture) and the shower head was very weak. 👎 The onsen had a good bath but the locker room is full of hair on the floor, especially going in the evening. Seems like the floor isn’t wiped often (at least not enough imo). 👎There too, some shower heads were so weak, other customers would rather wait for a stronger one to be available. Overall nothing extraordinary. I would stay there again because it is very convenient to move around.
