    The hotel is squeaky clean, and everything felt well-maintained. The bathroom deserves a special mention—it was spacious, super clean, and honestly one of my favorite parts of the room. The staff were kind and welcoming, and the location was really convenient with several stations nearby. The amenities were also surprisingly generous, which was such a nice little bonus after a long day of exploring Tokyo. We also had a lovely view of the green strip park right in front of the hotel. 🌿 It gave the room a quiet, cozy feel despite being in the city. Overall, a clean, comfortable, convenient little stay in Tokyo. Would happily stay here again! ✨

    I traveled and stayed in 4 different cities in this Japan trip, and stayed in 5 different lodgings. Of all the various lodgings (e.g. ryokans, branded japan hotel chains, japan business hotels and family hotels, and global hotel brands), I was the most impressed with KoKo Hotel Premier Nihonbashi Hamacho. It was definitely number 1 in value for money, location and amenities. Customer service was also top-notch. There is also excellent food options in the hotel, a bakery and teppanyaki place that sells tasty food. The lounge restaurant where you can spend your morning eating through their breakfast buffet selection also offers a good seat for people watching 😊. The hotel sits in a nice, quiet neighborhood of Tokyo, far from the crowds and traffic but because a shinjuku train stop (Hamacho Station) is literally just outside the hotel, it is very convenient to access all the areas of Tokyo. And if you want to explore Yokohama and Nagoya or other prefectures, the train station access is close enough to Tokyo Station and connects easily to other train lines to allow this conveniently too. If I return to Tokyo, I will definitely stay here again and explore the neighborhood stores and food options more.

    Other than the location, everything else is good. The location didn’t work out for us as we preferred to be closer to shops. This hotel is closer to residential area than commercial. It’s peaceful and quiet so if you prefer to have those things this hotel is good place to be. One of the lady staff, (sorry didn’t catch her name) went out of her way to show us where to catch the free shuttle that goes around in circle. You can use it as a free hop on hop off free ride, but it’s limited areas only which gets you closer to where you want to be. It comes every half hour. Hotel is very clean and have friendly staff. There’s not much around the hotel. There’s one grocery store called Lawson that’s open 24 hrs, that’s the only shop close to the hotel but once you walk further out then there are more restaurants and small shops
