    Staff was excellent! Love the design of my room just wish that the lighting fixtures worked. Amenities were top-notch. Loved the things that were included with the room. Overall, I would stay here again at the right price . As others pointed out, it is a very small property and as such they don’t generate enough to have someone on staff at your beck and call 24 hours a day. So if something doesn’t work in your room, you’re most likely out of luck. Which is ok ( If it was something minor like the Bluetooth speaker and one of the light fixtures in my case ) at the right price point . Having someone there like at a four or five star hotel would increase the rates of the room to be 1.5 to double which in my opinion doesn’t make sense for what the property offers facility wise outside of the design element .
