I booked this mansion for a two night stay during my flight cancellation to Saudi Arabia. There are no lifts and if there are no support you need to carry your 25+ kg luggages. But the owner helped me in transporting the luggage. The hotel I booked didn't have a non-ac room and they shifted me to a ongoing construction building with full of dust and debris around. I got shocked and have no way only to manage. So I agreed and stayed in the ongoing construction room for two days. The owner told me to give him a ring while checking out so that he will help me to transfer the luggage from second floor to ground floor. But he didn't picked up the call and I have to manage all by myself.
