    The hotel was great value for money with wonderful, welcoming staff. Location was fantastic as it was only a quick 25 mins walk to the center of Oia. Beautiful reception, pool area, and rooms.

    I stayed in exclusive room for 2 nights in mid-end September, 2024. The host was very welcoming warm. The breakfast was great ( Coffee, fruits, bread, yoghurt and egg dish(you cannot choose)). However, maybe because the hotel is new, I felt basic facilities are missing. For example, there were no electric kettle, coffee cups, tea or coffee in the room, we asked for a kettle and it was given to us which was nice. And considering the reception closes at 17:00, it would be nice if there were a wine / bottle opener or some cutlery in the room. This was my fault that I didn’t research enough before booking but the jacuzzi was as cold as the swimming pool( fresh water not heated), this was the biggest dissapointment of my trip since mornings and evenings in September are already chilly in Santorini so we couldn’t enjoy the jacuzzi at all and felt like we overpaid for the room with jacuzzi. The location was good. 20 mins walk to Oia.
